Boot Camp September 29

I hope everyone has fun and enjoys the obstacle course that Lori and I have set up for you. If you have not already given me your goal-please do so as soon as possible. I will be away with Mark doing our 25km/50km trail run at Pinehurst tomorrow. Wish us luck....we may need it!! We will be running with 900 of our closest friends/rivals!!!
