FINAL BOOT CAMP
Congratulations to the winners of each boot camp. 5:30 am had Melodee as the winner, 8 am saw Janine with an unequalled win, and 9:00 am had Jim as our winner. Each won gift certificates to Lululemon, Blackshop Restaurant and for Tannis Personal Training services. The next sessions this week on Tues/Thurs at 5:30 am and Saturday at 7 am.

June 30 Boot Camp
Final Day Campers!!! Get ready for the fit test and measurements. Then sit back and relax while Mark and I cook everyone breakfast before awards are presented.

June 16 Boot Camp
It's going to be HOT!!!! Bring lots of water. We are scheduled for hill 60.........we'll see how that goes. Be prepared to start on the hill.
Luminaries are available ($5.00) for the Relay for Life. These are candles that are lit with names and messages on them in honor or memory of someone with cancer. I will be collecting at the boot camp and I have the dedication order booklets. Our team ensures the luminaries are lit-you can also come to Waterloo Park for the lighting of the luminaries (arrive just before dusk-they are saying around 10 to 10:30pm-I would arrive earlier) and light your own luminary.
