August 25 Boot Camp

Well.....Mark and I are off to Quebec City for the marathon. Woo Hoo!!! 4 days, no kids!!! Sorry, lost focus there for a moment. Really we're there for the run.
Lori has a great workout set up for some strength training.
See everyone on September 1! Stay focused, eat well. Who will be our biggest loser??
Final day is September 15 with breakfast served on September 16th (the Sunday). We have new boot camps starting on the 15th for an 8 week period.
Saturdays at 9 am (yes, a little later) for those who want a hard core workout!!
Saturdays at 10 am for kids ages 9 to 12 years of age (based on play)
Saturdays at 11 am for kids ages 13 to 15. This will be a tough army style workout but will encourage all fitness levels to join. They will learn to use their own body weight to improve strength, improve self esteem and have fun. Great for those not inclined to join a "team" style sport.

August 18 Boot Camp

Mark is in charge this week. Lori and I are away for training at Can Fit Pro and Mark has graciously agreed to teach a running clinic at Doyle for anyone who would like to learn more about the fine art of running. Walkers are welcome but this is a running day. Be prepared for at least 30-45 minutes of running intervals.

August 11 Boot Camp

The word is...Lori wants to RUN!! So....., be prepared for a cardiovascular workout on the track (maybe even Hill 60!) I personally think she has been dipping into the chocolate bins a bit early this year :) She's in charge-so be ready to move!
Word is still out on the Can Fit Pro weekend (August 18th). Pretty sure I could convince Mark to come out and give a mini running clinic on that morning. It is what he does best! New 5km, 10km and Half Marathon clinics coming your way this fall. Watch for updates.
