Saturday bootcamps

Due to the large volume on Saturdays I am asking that everyone contact me prior to showing up if you are NOT a regular client of this time!!
We will be heading out doors soon and it will ease this problem slightly.
This is the last Saturday (April 12) before Jackie's wedding.....so we have a "last chance" workout for her to send her on her way!! It will be plyometric day and I ask everyone to wear some "wedding" attire in honour of her!
