OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP PART 2

This has been an interesting year! So...the outdoor boot camp is evolving into something a little different than what we have done in the past.
There will be two boot camps on Saturday mornings-one at 8 am and one at 9 am. BOTH are indoors BUT for the 8 am people there will be an additional 1/2 hour added from 9 am to 9:30 am. The strength component will take place IN the studio followed by a running skills, drills and hills for a half hour with our one and only Mark. Be prepared to work hard and sweat alot!
