Starting this Saturday May 3 our boot camp goes outdoor with Lori. Please meet by 9 am at Monsignor Doyle High School (the track) rain or shine. There will be no opportunity for an indoor shift since there will be a simultaneous indoor camp going on that is filled to it's maximum!
First day is fit test and some strength training the outdoor way.

Last Chance Bridal Workout!!
It was Jackie's last chance workout before her big day. We huffed and puffed through a tough plyometric day for one last chance at a fat burn before she struts down the aisle!!

Saturday bootcamps
Due to the large volume on Saturdays I am asking that everyone contact me prior to showing up if you are NOT a regular client of this time!!
We will be heading out doors soon and it will ease this problem slightly.
This is the last Saturday (April 12) before Jackie's wedding.....so we have a "last chance" workout for her to send her on her way!! It will be plyometric day and I ask everyone to wear some "wedding" attire in honour of her!
