Please note the NEW summer hours for the indoor boot camps effective July 7th......Mon/Wed/Fri-no change 10 to 11 am.......Tues/Thurs classes will combine to a 6:30 pm start and Sat classes will combine to an 8:30 am start. Sessions will return to normal times in September

Relay for Life Dream Team!!!!!
Wow! We did it!!!! We were the 2008 Waterloo Dream Team this year. Thanks to my team for raising over $6000.00 for cancer research. It was a very moving evening with many laughs thrown in. I think...no, I know...this was the best team I could have ever asked for. Thank you to each and every one of you......Brenda, Carrie, Jackie, Michaela, Denise, Tanya, Amanda, Paige, Maria, Sam, Mark, Sierra, Ruth, Lori, Paula, Amy, Cathy and Me! The plaque is hanging proudly in the studio for all to see. Pictures to follow!

2008 Mud Run
Three little piggies........went to the river to get cleaned up after their romp in the mud!!
Congratulations to Janine, Susan, Mark, Matteo, Sierra, Emily and little Sophie for finishing the very hot, very humid mud run! It was, as usual, a very difficult run and we are all nursing our sore muscles today...and I even booked physio for tomorrow.....thanks Erin!
