Thank You and Goodbye to my Indoor Boot Camp Clients

Thank you to all the loyal clients who have perservered over the last couple of tough weeks and the sorting out of private and semi private sessions. Everyone has been supportive and wonderful during this heartwrenching time for all of us. I will continue to offer the FREE seminar on a demand basis on exercise and stress reduction, food journaling, and meditation for stress reduction. These are open forum clubs to help you on your journey in the New Year without me! They will be offered until I no longer have the time slots available due to private sessions. Please contact me for availability as my availability will change rapidly as I book new January personal training clients. Please, these are not drop in sessions-you must contact me directly.
